We offer next business day delivery when you order by 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

 

The order is shipped pending credit approval and product availability.

 

A contact person must be available to accept the delivery between the hours of 8:30 am – 5pm. This contact person must be available to sign and confirm the items they have ordered as part of the delivery.

 

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

 

Delivery is free on orders over $50 excluding GST and PST within the local trading areas. There is no minimum order amount, but orders under $50 are charged a $9.95 delivery fee.

 

Orders placed outside of the local trading areas will have a different minimum order amount with different delivery fee based on the weight and the delivery distance of the order.

 

Orders placed outside of the local trading areas may take 3-5 business days and will have a separate delivery charge based on the weight and delivery distance of the order.

 

Special order items including furniture may take longer for delivery and will have a separate delivery charge based on the weight and delivery distance of the order. Generally, items are delivered within 1-4 weeks.

 

 

Return Policy:

If you are not completely satisfy with your purchase, simply follow the guidelines listed below:

  

  1. All returns must obtain a Return Authorization Number. Products cannot be returned without a Return Authorization Number. Authorization must be obtained in advance.

 

  1. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date in saleable condition in its original packaging, unmarked and in new condition.

 

  1. Special order merchandise including furniture, hardware and software is not subject to return.

 

  1. Defective merchandise must be reported within 30 days of the invoice date and is contingent on the manufacturer’s defective and/or repair/replacement policies.

 

  1. Defective printer consumables such as toner cartridges, inks and drums, a print sample should be included.

 

  1. Damaged merchandise should be refused.

 

  1. Concealed damaged merchandise should be reported within 24 hours.

 

  1. Shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise.

 

  1. Under certain conditions, restocking and/or delivery charges may be applied.
